PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Drafted District of Columbia Municipal Regulations Title 16 Chapter 16-10 (“Secondhand Dealers and Junk Dealers” regulations) adopted by the District of Columbia City Council and implemented by the District of Columbia Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (“DCRA”) effective September 2012.

 

Appeared on the award-winning Kojo Nnamdi Show (WAMU 88.5 FM Washington, DC) arguing on behalf of District of Columbia small business owners opposing proposed changes to the District's secondhand dealer laws.  Air date: May 30, 2012.  Topic: “Business Licenses and DC’s ‘Vintage’ Stores”
